At Fieras, every handbag is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We take pride in ensuring that your order arrives beautifully packaged and on time.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase.

  • Because each piece is handmade in small batches, slight delays may occur during new collection launches or restocks.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Complimentary shipping is included on all U.S. orders.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at hola@fierasleather.com.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Fieras delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at hola@fierasleather.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at hola@fierasleather.com within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Preorders or Made-to-Order Items

Some Fieras pieces are available for preorder. Estimated shipping times will be noted on the product page.
We will notify you via email when your preorder ships.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email hola@fierasleather.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or resolution right away.
