FIERAS Return Policy

We want you to love your Fieras piece.
Each handbag is handmade by Master artisans in Mexico, using toxin-free leather and time-honored techniques.
Slight variations in color or texture are natural characteristics of genuine leather — part of what makes every piece one of a kind.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Once approved, a return label will be issued. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item passes inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or sale items are final sale.

• Minor natural variations in leather are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bag arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [hola@fierasleather.com] with photos and your order number. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as needed.
